Giuliana is lead contact for business and professional services, education and energy sectors and High Value Opportunities in the Birmingham team.

Gerald has a background in technical sales, business management and company director positions. He has a wealth of technical knowledge gained from working within the textiles, advanced composites and plastics industries and latterly the fire and industrial gases sectors have provided a solid foundation to undertake business within a global marketplace.
During 45 years of working in international trade, Gerald managed global agents, distributors and JV arrangements with collaborations in Europe, the Middle East, India, Japan, S. Korea, Asia Pacific and the USA. Gerald’s commercial and technical knowledge has resulted in participation on ISO and UNEP technical committees drafting international standards. He is also a past chairman and council member of the Plastics & Rubber Institute and a Fellow of Institute Metals, Minerals & Mining (FIMMM).

Dianne joined the Chamber in November 2012 to work with local businesses, providing assistance on developing sustainable transport projects and schemes. In September 2013, Dianne started a new position within the International Trade Team as an International Trade Adviser, offering advice, support, and delivering UKTI services to businesses across Staffordshire, to enable them to grow through exporting.
Dianne has a background of working within local authorities delivering a range of regeneration and transport projects to local businesses and communities. She also has experience of working in an international environment, having spent 4 years working and living in Budapest.

Wilson Bio-Chemical (WBC) has developed a commercial system for the conversion of a variety of waste materials into useful products by using clean, dry, saturated steam in large rotating autoclaves. The autoclaving process is the ideal preparatory process for landfill diversion, more efficient EfW operations and renewable energy development. Wilson Bio-Chemical is dedicated to the R&D of Wilson Fibre®. The aim is to discover integrated processes to valorise the bio-degradable fraction from the autoclave process. WBC has been successful in producing high value products at a laboratory scale using steam autoclaving integrated with high efficient fermentation and thermo-chemical technology partners.
